Motorhomes at Outlet Recreation
Every motorhome in stock at Outlet Recreation is on this page, new and used Class A coaches, Class B camper vans, and Class C motorhomes across the Fargo, Detroit Lakes, and Clearwater stores.
A motorhome needs no tow vehicle: you drive it, and passengers can ride in the living area. Many owners tow a small car behind for errands once they are set up. Use the Class filter to switch between Class A, B, and C.

Class A, Class B, or Class C?
Each class is built on a different chassis and suits a different way of traveling.
- Class A: a bus-style coach with the most living space and storage, gas or diesel.
- Class B: a camper van that drives and parks like a large van, for couples who travel often.
- Class C: a cutaway truck chassis with the over-cab bunk, the most popular family motorhome.
Why buy from Outlet Recreation
Outlet Recreation has been locally owned and operated since 2007, when the first store opened in Fargo, North Dakota. Today there are three stores (Fargo, ND (492 36th St SW), Detroit Lakes, MN (605 Highway 10 E), and Clearwater, MN (2088 202nd Street East)), and every unit on this page is on one of those lots, with the store named on each listing so you know exactly where to see it.
Buying here means one stop for the whole ownership cycle: financing through multiple lenders (including a no-SSN pre-qualification that does not affect your credit score), trade-in appraisals on RVs, boats, pontoons, and fish houses, factory-trained service across 32 bays, genuine parts and accessories, seasonal storage, and RV, boat, and pontoon rentals if you want to try the lifestyle before you commit.
Financing and trade-ins
Every store can finance your purchase. Start with the payment calculator to see what a price, down payment, term, and rate work out to per month, then apply through the Financing page or pre-qualify with no Social Security number and no impact to your credit score. Our finance team works with multiple lenders to fit different credit profiles and budgets.
Have something to trade? Use the Value My Trade form for an appraisal on your current RV, boat, pontoon, fish house, or trailer and put the value toward your next unit.

Do I need a special license to drive a motorhome?
In Minnesota and North Dakota, a standard driver’s license covers most recreational motorhomes. Very large or heavy coaches can have different rules, so check with your state’s licensing office for a specific unit.
Do you service motorhomes?
Yes. Outlet Recreation’s service departments handle the house side of a motorhome (appliances, slides, roof, plumbing, and electrical) with 32 service bays across the locations. Ask the store about chassis and engine work for a specific unit.
